Our consultation service is in high demand. So we can effectively serve all our clients, we would appreciate that you take the time to read our Consultation Policy when making an appointment.

Payment

Must be made upfront at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This can be processed via credit or debit card over the phone online or by bank transfer.

Cancellations

As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you give us more than two business days’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date.

We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness and No Shows

Our time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late to your appointment you will need to reschedule.
This is so all our clients who have booked a consultation get a fair go.
If you don’t show up to your booked appointment, you will still be charged in full.
