Written Immigration Assessment

A solicitor-led written assessment of your UK immigration matter from an SRA-regulated immigration law firm — not a generic enquiry. You tell us about your situation, we review it with your initial documents and set out your options, the key risks and our recommended next step.

What is included

  • One consultation and advice on one individual's immigration matter.
  • Review of your submitted questionnaire and relevant documents, such as Home Office refusal letters and a tribunal determination.
  • A clear written assessment of your available options, key risks and recommended next step.
  • Response within two working days after we receive the required information.

What is not included

  • Unlimited advice, or advice on other matters beyond the one matter assessed.
  • A detailed pre-submission check of an application — this requires a separate agreed fee.
  • Preparing or submitting an application.
  • Lodging an appeal or administrative review.
  • Representation before the Home Office, tribunal or court.
  • Home Office, IHS or tribunal fees, or other disbursements.

If you instruct Visa Professionals to undertake the agreed legal work within 14 days of receiving our assessment, we will credit the assessment fee in full against our professional fee. Any further work will be explained and agreed with you in advance.

The assessment fee covers work already undertaken, is non-refundable, and is not creditable against Home Office, IHS, tribunal or third-party fees. We cannot promise acceptance, a particular outcome, or that we will be able to represent you.
