Step 1 — Free Initial Consultation

We begin with a free initial telephone or video consultation to understand your situation and immigration goals. During this call, we will assess your eligibility for the relevant visa route, explain the requirements and process, provide an honest assessment of your prospects, and give you a clear fee quote with no obligation to proceed.

Step 2 — Engagement & Document Review

If you decide to instruct us, we will send you a detailed Letter of Engagement setting out the scope of our work and our fees. We will then provide you with a comprehensive document checklist tailored to your specific application. We review all documents thoroughly and advise you on any gaps or issues before submission.

Step 3 — Preparing Your Application

Our advisers prepare every aspect of your application with meticulous attention to detail. This includes completing all required application forms, drafting a covering letter explaining your circumstances and how you meet the requirements, compiling your supporting documents in the correct format, and calculating and advising on all applicable fees and charges.

Step 4 — Submission & Biometrics

We submit your application to the Home Office on your behalf (where applicable) and guide you through any required biometric appointments at a UK Visa Application Centre. We will advise you on exactly what to bring and what to expect on the day.

Step 5 — Updates & Decision

We keep you informed throughout the processing period and liaise with the Home Office on your behalf where necessary. Once a decision has been made, we will explain what it means for you and advise on next steps — whether that is collecting your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), understanding your visa conditions, or discussing appeal options if applicable.

Step 6 — Ongoing Support

Our relationship does not end when your visa is granted. We can help you with future extensions, changes to your circumstances, ILR applications, and ultimately British Citizenship. Many of our clients return to us at each stage of their immigration journey.
